[IMPORTANT] LARP Sign-Ups
There appears to be a slight problem with some, and only some, LARP sign-ups. Can those who have received their confirmation (and are not listed below) forward it to Carl at cwilliamsukip @ talktalk . net (close up the spaces). Those who haven’t received a confirmation, but submitted through the forum should also email Carl to see if he’s received your submission.
LARP Sign-Ups Now Open
Sign-up for the LARPs being run at Conception is now open. It will remain open until 30 November. You can find the Sign-Up form here. Full instructions for it’s completion are also there. Good luck
Accommodation Update III
We have now booked out all available on-site accommodation
There are on occasion, cancellations so it is sometimes worth asking

Accommodation Update II
Due to a frenzied and quite unprecedented rush ALL the Lodges are now gone!!
We still do have a handfull of apartments remaining and quite a few (20+) Chalets available.
I seriously predict that none of even these will be left by the end of the month.

Andrew received over 30 emails between 00:01 and 00:05 last night and he has only just (3pm) finished with all the others recieved so far.
All 4-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Lodges are taken and there are only a handful of 3-Bedroom Lodges left.
On the bright side we’ve still got loads of chalets left…
